Roll and Bowl Dining Room Takeover

We've been crushing on Astoria food truck "The Roll and Bowl" for a while now! They're bringing their team of Ramen experts and taking over the Shelburne Dining Room 🍜

MENU:

Ramen:
- Shoyu Pork with Pork Belly, tea egg, fermented Menma, fennel and onion slaw.
- Yuzu Rattan (spicy) shoyu pork, fried chili oil, fennel onion slaw, ground seasoned pork, Yuzu extract and tea egg.
- Vegetarian Truffle Mushroom ramen with marinated beech mushrooms, marinated tofu, tea egg and fennel onion slaw

Extras:
- Okonomiyaki (savory pancake) with pork belly
- Karaage (fried chicken) with yuzu egg salad tartar sauce
- Sweet potato press box with miso butter, sweet potato hay and powdered chili oil
