Our Whiskey starts with a uniquely Washington grain; triticale. A hybrid combining the honey of wheat with the dark spice of rye, our triticale is grown with love and then caramel roasted and malted by our friends at Skaget Valley Farms. Distilled by the sea and aged in New American Oak, with notes of tobacco, vanilla and leather, we think you’re going to fall in love with our ode to the golden fields of Washington.
