Valentines Tasting Menu in the Shelburne Dining Room

It's the time of year to celebrate the ones you love - and we've got a delicious menu to woo your sweetheart(s) over! Make a reservation to join us in the Dining Room.

Valentine's Tasting Menu:

- Amuse Bouche

- Chicken caesar croquettes served with boquerones and spinach and herb puree

- Roasted garlic and beet soup with Glory B Farms beets and creme fraiche

- Pasta pappardelle with braised oxtail ragu, Little Barn Farms oxtail, house made pappardelle, pecorino

- Scallop with winter citrus and pink poppy micro green salad, pickled beet. and chimichurri

- Roasted Northern Duck breast, beetroot puree, roasted kohlrabi, Adrift Distillers cranberry liquor gastrique

- Dessert TBD (from Adrift Bakery)
